When it comes to planning end of the year activities for kindergarten, classroom theme days are usually the first thing that come to mind! They’re one of my absolute favorite ways to celebrate the final days of school and keep excitement high right up until summer break.

Circus Day
Just like the Beach Day, Ice Cream Day, and Camping Day centers, students complete eight engaging math and literacy activities while solving a mystery! In The Case of the Missing Peanuts Escape Room, they work together to figure out who stole the peanuts.
Bubble Day
On Bubble Day, the students make a bubble solution recipe for bouncing bubbles on their hand, determine the best bubble blower, compare the anatomy of a bubble to an Oreo, and make a bubble wand.
Check out this simple 3-ingredient bubble recipe for creating the perfect bouncing bubbles! It’s not only great for bouncing bubbles, but it’s also perfect for experimenting to see which objects make the biggest and best bubbles.

One of my all-time favorite end of the year activities for kindergarten is creating memory books! They’re such a meaningful and fun way for students to reflect on the school year and see just how much they’ve grown from the very first day to the last.
Square Memory Book
Celebrate and preserve the memories of the school year with this square-sized memory book! It’s designed to fit the square booklets from the Target Dollar Spot, but if you don’t have those on hand, you can easily create one by stacking the pages and stapling along the left edge.
Standard Memory Book

At the end of the year, one of my favorite end of the year activities for kindergarten is hosting a special awards ceremony to celebrate each student’s unique personality, talents, and the incredible growth they’ve made all year long.
