You all know I love a good party! I mean… what’s not to love… happily engaged students working in centers, the sounds of laughter and excitement, fun games and yummy food. Need I say more?! Of course, every celebration needs a cute gift! Here are my favorite DIY Valentine gifts for students that won’t break the bank! All under $15 for a class size of 24 students!

Stackable Crayons
Stackable crayons are one of my favorite Valentine gifts for students!

Trust me… the kiddos love them! I grabbed these particular stackable crayons from the party favor section at Target.
They were extremely affordable at only $3 for a pack of 10. I can’t always promise that Target will continue to stock them at that price, so I will share a few stackable crayon options from Amazon.
Stackable Pencils
Of course, if you have stackable crayons, you have to have stackable pencils!

These mini heart stackable pencils are cost-friendly and just the “write” size for your little learners!

Push pencils also make practical Valentine gifts for students!
I found the stackable heart pencils at Michaels and the push pencils in the Valentine section at Target, but here are a few Valentine pencil options from Amazon.
Slap Bracelets
Slap bracelets are another classic gift idea that never seems to go out of fashion!

You could even give plain colored bracelets that can be worn year round.

I can remember having a neon pink slap bracelet that provided hours of “slappable” fun when I was a kid, so I am quite certain your students will have a “slappin” great time with this Valentine gift idea.
Slide the slap bracelet through the gift tag to wish your students a “SLAPPY Valentine’s Day!”
Glow Bracelets
Show your students the love with a simple glow bracelet… by far the most cost effective Valentine gifts for students!

I grabbed a pack of 12 bracelets for just $2 from the Target party favor section!
Race Car Valentine Gifts for Students
I put together these race car Valentine gifts for students for my son to give to his classmates.

You can bet his little buddies were thrilled to receive such a “wheelie” cool gift!
Simply grab a box of 20 cars (mine came from Target), and attach them to the gift tag for an inexpensive Valentine gift idea!
Milk and Cookies
Tell your students… “We go together like milk and cookies!” … with a bag of mini Oreos and a heart shaped straw!

These particular straws came from Party City, but you can also find them at Hobby Lobby during Valentine’s time or on Amazon.
Just tape the straw to the bag of Oreos and attach the gift tag for a Valentine gift that won’t break the bank!
Squeezie Valentine Gifts for Students
My son gave these squeezie Valentine gifts for students to his daycare buddies.

Talk about super affordable! Just divide a box of squeezie pouches among your students and adhere the “main SQUEEZE” gift tag!
Heart Slinkies
Put a “spring” in your students’ step with these mini heart-shaped slinkies!

Given the fidget craze, slinkies make the perfect Valentine gifts for students!
Plus, they are reasonably priced for a class set.
Play Doh
Tell your students that they are “wonDOHful” with a can of Play Doh!

Pair the Play Doh with these dough mats, and let your students’ creativity run wild! You can see them in action here!

Use full sized cans or mini cans. Walmart has full sized cans for just 50 cents each, or you can grab a pack of mini cans.
Easily split a box or party pack among your students for a low cost Valentine gift idea!
Slime Valentine Gifts for Students
You can’t have Play Doh without slime! If you can’t beat them, you might as well join them… amiright?!

Wish your students a happy “valenSLIMES” day with heart-shaped slime!
I found these on Amazon for just under $15.
Dinosaur Erasers
Have a “DINOmite” Valentine’s Day with these dinosaur erasers!

Just like pencils, erasers make a useful gift idea for students.
Plus, they are relatively inexpensive for a class set.
