This is a fabulous resource for using ten frames and exploring ways to make ten in the kindergarten classroom. I made the large turkey to use with my class as a center. They love the “turkey, turkey in a pen” song and practicing different ways to make ten. I also like that it has an adaptation for ways to make 5 ( that works well for my students that do not have a strong number sense yet). The kids enjoy making the crafts and exploring the different ways to make ten .
