I’ve been doing this for years except I just have the kids draw directly on the tile with Sharpie markers. Great idea!!
-
The parents love the coasters!
-
Will you please make a 2019 template?
-
-
If you used Sharpies does the colors come off or did you have to do something to them also? Love the idea of the Sharpies.
-
Will you be updating for 2018?
Thanks -
Do you spray it with a sealant?
-
If you have the children draw and write directly onto the coaster how do I seal it? Still use mod podge and a sealant?
-
I tried that as well, but the sharpies ran.

Ashley,
May I ask if you used plain copy paper or cardstock paper? My co-worker and I want to do these but weren’t sure! Thank you!!-

Could you hot glue some felt on the bottom as well? Night save some money next time…

Yes, totally! That’s what my teammates do!

I love these! I tried one with my son today before doing them with my class. I definitely had a lot of bubbles, so I will have to work on that. But the stroke marks from the mod podge are very visible. Is there a trick? I don’t see any stroke marks in yours.
-
I would try a foam brush and just a small amount of the Modge Podge.

Thank you for this idea! We made these this week and they turned out AMAZING. I forgot to let them draw with sharpie but even with pencil and pencil crayons they turned out great. I posted a pic to instagram if you want to see: https://www.instagram.com/p/BT9lp4djcgB/

Hmmm. You should still be able to print it. Maybe try redownloading the file.

Hello!
These are amazing! I will be making them for my parent Christmas gift from my students. Before I get busy making a cute template for Christmas I was wondering if you had any Christmas templates made for download?
Thanks
