  1. Ms Natasha Theodora –

Learning how to use and respectfully and safely use our supplies is such a huge part of our back to school routine. This resource not only made it more fun but I feel like kids understood better than before!

  2. Lauren Hayes –

This resource really led my first week of kindergarten this year. I loved being able to choose how many/which school supplies I wanted to go over with my kids. The stories were quick and simple to keep them engaged, and they loved the I Can/I cannot sort. I plan on printing mini versions of the story and pulling them out as reminders if supplies are being misused. This was a great introduction, especially for students who have not been to school before. They loved adding ‘badges’ to their toolboxes!

  3. Jennifer C. –

These are perfect for the first week of school. Taking time to learn how to use materials is so important!

  4. Lauren P. –

I can’t wait to use this to introduce supplies this year!

This was a great resource for my kindergarten class! The directions were clear and it was easy to prep. My students were engaged and it helped reinforce the skill we were working on. Thank you for creating and sharing!

  6. Mindy J. –

  7. Anna Young –

The stories in this resource were cute and easy to follow for my kinders. They liked using the practice pages. My teammates said the same thing!

  8. Melissa B. –

works well to teach kindergarteners how to use their tools at the beginning of Kindergarten. My students love the activities and it has improved their skills.

  9. Cheryl P. –

This was such a well-developed resource! And SOO many ways to change it to meet your needs!

  10. Holly P. –

A great resource that encompasses most of the school supplies students need to master. The books are great to read, the slides easy to use and the craft makes an excellent keepsake. I use these in conjunction with the Jennifer Jones “On Strike” series books and they make great companions. I do wish there was an eraser badge/book as this is a supply students continue to have trouble with.

  11. Teaching Little Birds –

I was really happy to use this in the class. It was a great way of introducing how to use each tool in the classroom and then they got to add a “badge” to their toolbox. My kinders really enjoyed this in the beginning of the year. I laminated the do’s and don’ts and made it our first center of the year. Definitely using next year and to come.
