My students loved making the cover and wrote what they were thankful for on the turkey feathers. There are a lot of pages to pick and choose to do. Some pages had more student engagement than others and students were surprised as learned facts about turkeys. The pictures and vocabulary were helpful. I would have liked to have them support more of the pages as we worked through the book. Was a fun project.
