This is one of my favorite opinion writing resources that I use with my first graders! I love how guided it is and if I were a first year teacher, I love the guided words that would help me teach it until I was comfortable doing it myself! I also love all the various parts that come with this resource and how I can extend it! Wonderful resource and I would definitely recommend other teachers use it as well!
