Ice Cream Day Activities for the End of the Year

An ice cream day is the perfect way to countdown to the end of the year. Today, I am sharing my favorite ice cream day activities for kids. This classroom theme day allows early elementary students to work on math skills and literacy skills. Students get to work on an escape room, ice cream centers for beginning digraphs, rhyming words and CVC words. They also get to work on 1:1 counting and making patterns. Enjoy these end of year activities in your kindergarten and first grade classroom!

Beach Day Activities for the End of the Year

Looking for a fun way to countdown to the last day of school? A classroom beach day is a great way to celebrate the end of the school year while reviewing math skills and literacy skills. These beach day activities include a beach day escape room, beach math activities and literacy centers. Work on CVC words, beginning blends and rhyming words.
