What’s Included:

This resource includes two easy-to-use printable notes, including editable options, designed to help you collect and maintain a change of clothes for each student:

• Change of Clothes Note – Attach this note to a gallon-size baggie and send it home at the beginning of the year. Families can fill the bag with the requested clothing items and return it to school, giving students a labeled set of extra clothes to keep on hand.
• Clothing Restock Note – When an item from a student’s bag is used or needs to be replaced, simply write the student’s name, check the item(s) they need, and send the note home as a quick restock reminder.

Both notes are half-page size, making them quick and economical to prep. Simply print on white/colored paper, cut in half, and send home! You can also print the notes on half-sheet labels and adhere them to the front of a gallon-size baggie.

Editable Notes:

An editable PowerPoint version is also included, allowing you to customize the text boxes to fit the needs of your classroom. The fonts are embedded in the PowerPoint file, making it easy to maintain the look of the original notes while personalizing the wording.
