HOW TO USE:
Practice fixing a set of sentences inside a pocket chart as a whole group. Choose volunteers to help track the print as you read. Then, place the predictable sentences in a literacy center, poetry center or writing center. You can also use these pocket chart sentences as a tabletop center.
These mix and fix sentences would also be a great addition to your morning meeting or afternoon review, as well as small group instruction.

I like to hide a paper character or sticker behind a word. As the students read the words they are hoping to find the hidden paper. There are response sheets for the kids to fill out too.
